Refund Policy

Refunds are availableonly under specific conditions.

We offer a full refund, but only under our Pass Guarantee Policy and only for users on the 6-month plan.

To qualify, you must attempt at least 80% of all questions in your respective subject and pass at least 5 practice tests.

If you meet these conditions and still do not pass your exam, you may choose either:

Full refund, or
Continued access to the platform until you pass

This policy is designed to ensure fair usage while standing behind the effectiveness of our platform. Approved Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days.
